These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Lauren O’Sullivan Makeup ("Lauren", "Lauren O'Sullivan", "We", "Us"), based in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
All appointments are subject to availability.
For bridal bookings and selected services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Bridal bookings and Group bookings may require a minimum number of persons where stated. Travel fees and call-out fees may apply depending on location and party size.
Bridal trials are charged separately and must be paid for on the day of the trial unless otherwise agreed.
For individual appointments, full payment may be required at the time of booking where applicable.
For some appointment types, a contract may be put in place that requires all parties to sign before confirmation.
A full quotation will be provided prior to confirmation.
Payment for services must be made on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contactless / QR Code
A €1 supplement applies to contactless payments to cover processing fees.
Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.
The following terms apply to cancellations and rescheduled bookings:
48 hours or more notice: No fee
Less than 48 hours notice: €25 cancellation fee
24 hours notice or less: Full service fee
Missed appointments/did not turn up: Full service fee
Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled due to other bookings.
In such cases, the full appointment fee may still apply.
Clients must inform Lauren of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns prior to the appointment.
For call-outs, clients are responsible for ensuring suitable working conditions at the appointment location, including adequate lighting, seating and a clean working area.
While every effort is made to use professional and hygienic practices, Lauren O’Sullivan Makeup is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues where no prior disclosure has been made.
Photographs may be taken during or after appointments for portfolio, website and marketing purposes.
Images will only be used with your consent. If you prefer not to have your images used, please make it known to Lauren in advance of or during your appointment. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Lauren directly.
Lauren O’Sullivan Makeup shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, government restrictions, venue closures, or transportation disruption.
In the unlikely event that Lauren is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement makeup artist. If this is not possible, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
Lauren O’Sullivan Makeup reserves the right to refuse service where a client displays inappropriate behaviour, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or where working conditions are deemed unsafe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
